Brainlash Book Order Brainlash

Dr. Gail L. Denton suffered a mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI) in May 1991. It was undiagnosed and remained so for several years after her accident. The writing of Brainlash is a result of her efforts to journal her experience of recovery from an undiagnosed brain injury. With the vocabulary of the scientific and psychological communities at her command, she worked 5 years to finalize and interpret the brain injury experience to others in her situation, their families, health care providers and legal counsel.

Dr. Denton fills her life with numerous interests, such as mountain climbing, rock and ice climbing, weight training, weaving, fiber spinning and studio activities, ski patrol, gourmet cooking and eating, spa hopping, costume opportunities and movies (also film.)

General Fun
Make me happy: take me outside.

The top of a mountain, the bottom of a canyon, the middle of a river or the business end of a telescope. A night under the stars beats most everything.

I wear purple. Even at my own wedding. Yes, I have purple skis.
The fabulous Tua Montet. I love sushi, would love to try a chocolate creme brulee, have a green thumb and will go anywhere for a view.

Check out some of my trips, with my cute husband Dan Downs...

Look at the Salmon I caught in Alaska!
